Please note that Richmond Jazz and Music Festival cabanas are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are located in the rear of the patron viewing area. Cabanas are intended to provide guests with a comfortable space to relax away from the stage area. Each cabana will include three side walls to provide an added level of privacy. To ensure all festival patrons have an enjoyable experience, no more than ten

(10)guests may occupy a 10’ x 10’ cabana at any given time.

The Richmond Jazz and Music Festival is a privately owned and operated event. Festival management reserves the right to restrict, prohibit, or dismiss any patron for behavior including, but not limited to: posing a threat to themselves or others, causing a disruption, intoxication, lewd conduct, excessive profanity, or engaging in any activity deemed inappropriate for the festival environment.

Cabanas may not be used for the sale, solicitation, or promotion of any product, service, or business without prior written approval from festival management.

Any member of the Richmond Jazz and Music Festival team reserves the right to dismiss any guest from the event, without refund, for violations of festival policies or inappropriate conduct.

Photographs and/or video footage taken during the Richmond Jazz and Music Festival may be used by the festival for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes.
