All transactions at this year's festival will be CASHLESS. All major credit cards and debit cards are accepted. Service charges apply to all orders.

Food vendors and bars offering beer, wine, cocktails and nonalcoholic beverages are located throughout the estate. Follow the wayfinding signs or check the FESTIVAL MAP to explore your options.

Official Richmond Jazz & Music Festival merchandise is available at the Merchandise Tent next to the Altria Artist Meet & Greet Pavilion, and in the Virginia Is For Lovers Lounge near the Virginia Is For Lovers Stage.

As an outdoor event, seating will NOT BE PROVIDED. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs and/or blankets.

Visit the Dominion Energy Solar Charging Station, located behind the Cabana tents on the Dominion Energy Stage side of the festival.

Restrooms are located throughout the estate. Follow the festival wayfinding signs or check the festival map for the location nearest you.

Yes. When you leave Maymont during the event, you will be given a re-entry hand stamp. You are able to re-enter Maymont provided that you have the proper re-entry hand stamp.

Yes! Festival guests are welcome to explore all open areas of the estate during the festival.

Yes. Festival attendees may take self-guided tours of the Maymont Gardens! Some attractions may be closed.

Yes. The Richmond Jazz & Music Festival is a rain or shine event.
In the event of inclement or severe weather, please pay attention to announcements from our stage hosts and festival staff and follow RJMF’s official social media channels for the latest updates. Any schedule changes, delays, or safety instructions will be communicated as quickly as possible. -
EMTs are on-site throughout the festival. The primary First Aid location is near the Cabana tents in the Dominion Energy Stage area.
If you need assistance, please ask any festival staff member or volunteer.
In a medical emergency, do not attempt to make your way to the First Aid location—alert the nearest staff member or security officer for assistance.

Please follow all instructions from stage hosts, festival staff, security and public safety personnel. If you need immediate assistance, notify the nearest festival staff member, volunteer, security officer or first responder.

No. Cooking (gas grills, charcoal grills, hibachi grills, fondue fountains, open flames, etc.) on the grounds is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
